What Are Life Care Groups:
Personal growth groups that provide an opportunity to explore and process individual life issues within the context of community. These groups are divided by gender and are appropriate for those seeking greater insight and healing in their life. Topics include: feelings, anger, fear, anxiety, boundaries, codependency, handling conflict, faulty beliefs about ourselves, grief, loss, family roles, family secrets, guilt, shame, forgiveness, reconciliation, pain and suffering, balancing work and play, and serving others. Each person leaves the group with their own personal growth plan, which addresses spiritual, emotional, mental, and physical goals.
More About The Groups
Each Life Care Group consists of five to ten men or women who meet every Monday evening from March 17th through July 28th from 7:00-9:30 p.m. Groups meet at The Vineyard church in Stafford, Texas. The groups are facilitated by co-leaders who have received training in group facilitation along with training in basic biblical counseling skills. Leaders also continue to receive on-going training. Life Care Groups are not open to new members after the third meeting.
Fee
There is a one-time fee of fifty dollars for the group, which cover materials and refreshments. Please know it is the heart of The Vineyard to offer this group to any individual in need. If financial assistance is required, please feel free to discuss this with your group leader. Payment is accepted at any point during the twenty weeks.
