The goal for women’s ministry at the SLS Vineyard is to enfold women into the community of Christ’s church, engage them in kingdom ministry within the church, and together join with God to make a difference in the world.

Women’s Connect Events

Quarterly gatherings for making new friends, having fun, being equipped in areas unique to women, receiving ministry and inviting the unchurched into our community life…    Postings of new events coming soon!

Women’s V-Groups
Vineyard groups for women are groups where pastoral care, belonging, community life, ministry, and mission happen.

Time Out is a mom’s group meeting on the 2nd and 4th Wednesdays of each month in the loft at church for breakfast, bible study, sharing and prayer.
Begins February 13th.  Registration is online and cost is $30 for this session.

Breakfast Club meets one Saturday a month for breakfast and community at 8:00 a.m. at the Black Walnut Café in Sugar Land Town Center.  Upcoming dates are January 12, February 9, March 8, April 12, and May 10.

Oasis Book Club meets the second Saturday of the month for book discussions and fellowship.

Textile Arts is a project group for quilting, knitting, crochet, or whatever your sewing interest.  The group meets monthly for a time of working on projects, prayer and sharing their lives together.

Paper Arts group meets the second Saturday of every month for card making, scrapbooking and all sorts of creative fun.

Dance and Worship Arts group provides a time for women to come together at the church to worship the Lord with dance.  Prayer, sharing, and ministry to one another happen each week.  Women ages 12 and older are invited to participate.  Space is limited.
