V-Learning

VLearning is short for Vineyard Learning and exists for the education and equipping of The Vineyard.  Equipping is one of our "Core Four" priorities, thus VLearning is offered as a means for you to pursue Bible study, to be further equipped for ministry, to grow in your marriage, to become better parents, to better manage your finances, or to explore a variety of other topics.  

VLearning is for everyone!  We offer a diverse collection of classes. We think that something will hit you right where you are.  It is our desire that you will use VLearning to help you as you grow in the Lord.  On this page, you will find a list of course offerings. A print version of our catalog can be found in the foyer of The Vineyard.

Notice that courses are divided into disciplines of study: Bible, theology, life skills, and ministry training. Bible Courses focus on studies of books of the Bible. Life Skills Courses are intended to help you grow in practical areas such as money and relationships. Theology Courses will focus on our beliefs about God. Ministry Training Courses are just that: training for ministry to others. At times these classes are taught as weekend seminars so be on the lookout for those.

If you like a structured plan of learning, we have organized Vlearning in the following way:

Essentials—These are classes where you can learn the basic values of The Vineyard. Within one year, you can complete all of them. You are free to take more than weekend seminar and choose the Life Skills class that is most appropriate for you. One bible class, one theology class, one weekend class, one life skills class—the recommendations are highlighted.

Next Steps—These classes build upon what is learned in “Essentials.” Within one year you can complete a set of “Next Steps” classes. Again, you are free to take more than one weekend seminar, and choose a Life Skills class most appropriate for you. Same, and recommendations are highlighted. Ministry training.

Moving Forward—Even if you have completed the Essentials and Next Steps classes, we still offer courses for you to continue growing in your relationship to God.

VLI

Vineyard Leadership Institute.  If you sense the Lord calling you to full-time ministry, perhaps VLI is right for you.  VLI is a 2 year part-time academic program offering courses in biblical studies and theology, combined with hands-on experience.  The faculty is made up of professors who are qualified and experienced in teaching at a graduate level.  For further information, please contact Herschel Rosser.

VBI

Vineyard Bible Institute.  Do you want to learn more about the Bible but don't have the time or money for seminary?  Maybe VBI is right for you!  VBI is set up to provide you with options for how much study you can do. Please visit the VBI website.

Childcare

To register for Childcare for all Sunday evening classes, please click here.  

Childcare is paid at a rate of $15/child for the entire quarter (not each week). Only $5 needs to be paid up front since we recognize that those with multiple children need to spread out the payments.
